Panza de burro. Andrea Abreu.
'Panza de burro' is an expression used to describe a phenomenon characteristic of the northern Canary Islands, consisting of an accumulation of low-lying clouds that act as a sunscreen. Andrea Abreu pushes aside that ‘panza de burro' and observes the grandmother who gives bad advice out of pure innocence and pure savagery, the prematurely grown-up girl who dominates her friend, but above all, the docile friend who, over time, writes her story and feels indebted to her domineering friend.
