Arquitectura tradicional de Canarias

After years of work, the painter and professor Santiago Alemán Valls offers a complete and pedagogical treatise on the traditional architecture of the Canary Islands. A work of anthological character that not only portrays dozens of rural and coastal buildings of all the islands of the Canary Islands, but also studies generalities, construction elements, popular technologies... The book also reviews the aboriginal architecture and contains two appendices dedicated to the comparison with other climatic areas of the planet and the organicist architecture of the twentieth century.
