Only when you get lost you appreciate the environment around you. The ‘Pardela Cenicienta’ (Calonectris Diomedea) is a pelagic seabird that mainly inhabits the Atlantic coast. The Canary Islands is the place with the largest population of these birds, especially in Lanzarote, Alegranza, Montaña Clara and Lobos. the characteristic nocturnal song it emits gives it its popular name ‘guaña-guaña’ and occurs mainly during the prenuptial courtship. The ‘Margarita de Famara’ (Argyranthemum Maderense) is a species of herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, endemic to the island of Lanzarote. They are characterized by their spatulate leaves and the unique pale yellow petals, unlike most species of the genus, which are white.
